GESVALT was formed in 1998 by a group of professionals with more than 20 years’ experience in valuations and a deep knowledge of diverse business cultures.

The company is independent, not being linked to any industrial or financial group. Officially approved by Banco de España, it is also inscribed in the Register of Appraising Companies of the Spanish Stock Exchange Commission (CNMV).
